Running a successful speed skating meet requires a diverse team of volunteers, and there is a role for everyone regardless of experience. We rely on technical officials like Referees, Starters, and Track Stewards to manage the ice, while Timers, Recorders, and Finish Line Judges ensure every race is captured accurately. If you prefer to support the event logistics off the ice, roles such as the Meet Coordinator, Announcer, Clerk of the Course, and Heat Box support are vital to the flow of the day.
